Our Well Wishers, Brooklyn and Samantha fundraise for the Well Foundation

Eight-year-old Brooklyn and eleven-year-old Samantha raised $200 for the Well Foundation

When eight-year-old Brooklyn Melville-Holland was in Waitakere Hospital with a broken arm, she was grateful to the wonderful doctors and nurses who looked after her.

Sadly, a few months later, she lost her Poppa John to a heart attack. But after seeing the way the staff at Waitakere Hospital cared for her Poppa, she wanted to do something for them to say, "thanks!"

Brooklyn got together with her eleven-year-old cousin, Samantha Melville and the girls started making jewellery and selling it to their family, friends and community for a gold coin donation.

Their stellar efforts raised $200 which they have generously donated to the Well Foundation.

Thank you girls for your kind donation, we are thrilled to have you as part of our community.
