We want to hear stories about your, or a family member or friend’s, hospital experience, and in return you will go in the draw to win a Pressy Card. As the official charity of North Shore and Waitākere Hospitals, we bring support to our hospitals from our local community, and we would love to hear your healthcare anecdotes and memories.

For example:

• Are you regularly in and out of hospital and have you got to know a specific care team well? 
• Did you give birth in hospital and have a special story you would like to share? 
• Have you experienced the new SCBU at Waitākere Hospital or the new Breast Service at North Shore Hospital?
• Have you met Daisy, the Waitākere Hospital cat?
• Or any other positive experience you have had!

Hospitals can be challenging places to be, often visited during difficult times, however every so often there is someone who makes your visit better, who goes that little bit further, or there is something that stands out that is worth talking about. We’d love to hear and share yours.  

Like our page and send your stories to info@wellfoundation.org.nz, you will receive a notification letting you know you are in the draw. Feel free to tag others who you think might have a story to share. We have 4 vouchers to give away.

Terms and Conditions

• The promoter is: Well Foundation (charity no. CC 32061) whose registered office is at Level 2, 15 Shae Terrace, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622.
• The competition is open to residents of New Zealand aged 16 years or over except employees of Well Foundation and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Only one entry will be accepted per person. 
• Closing date for entry will be Friday 30 June at 4pm. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  • People wishing to enter need to send their story relating to either North Shore Hospital, Waitākere Hospital or community health care services across the Waitematā and Rodney regions to info@wellfoundation.org.nz. 
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The prize is as follows: Well Foundation has 4 Prezzy Cards to give away. Each one entitles the holder to a Prezzy Card loaded with $50 credit.          
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Well Foundation. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• The winner’s name will be available 7 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@wellfoundation.org.nz.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
