We were excited to launch a new mobile health clinic today, thanks to the efforts of the Well Foundation and its work with various organisations within our community to raise more than $260,000. This is the first self-powered van in the Auckland Regional Dental Service’s (ARDS) mobile fleet and will enable us to deliver services in rural and urban areas without relying on an external power source.

The clinic will reduce travel times for parents and give them more options – ultimately improving access and equity for our growing communities. It’s expected to treat more than 3000 children over the course of a year.
